Perry + Perry Architects have been actively working on the design and
re-development of 93 Cedar Street in downtown Sudbury with the developer
Dalron Construction. The old Bell Building is a sound and
architecturally pleasing existing structure on the corner of Cedar and
Lisgar Street with significant development possibilities. The
re-development strategy is currently targeting loft type
condominiums/apartments on level 3 with a mixed use commercial scheduled
for level 2 and level 1. This project is another exciting step to the
revitalization of the downtown core.
A first for the City
of Greater Sudbury this project offers new and exciting options for
urban housing choice and mixed use development. We look forward to the
design results and the introduction of this innovative project to our
downtown. |
