"Basic Services" consist taking the clients instructions; selecting and coordinating normal structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services; reviewing the clients program and construction budget; preparing the necessary preliminary design studies; preparing estimates; preparing contract documents and specifications; advising on the bidding documents and form of construction contract including the call for bids; assisting the client in obtaining routine approvals from authorities having jurisdiction; advising on bids and proposals; carrying out contract administration of the construction phase including general review of the construction.
